This is a hair claw MDF hardboard sublimation  blank ( 2 items per order for both sides of hair claw). It is perfect for for crafting your own personalized hair clip.  Made from high-quality materials, it is durable and long-lasting. With its smooth surface and clean edges, it offers a professional look that is perfect for any purpose.  
DETAILS:
- 3 3/4 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches tall fits 4 inch hair claw
- Cut from 1/8" sublimation coated MDF hardboard  (3mm)
- Front of blank will arrive with plastic masking to protect it from dirt and scratches. This masking needs 
   to be removed before use. 
- Sublimate blank before gluing on hair claw
- all items are cut to order in house
- clean  with a soft cloth to prevent scratches
- *DO NOT USE HARSH CLEANER OR ALCOHOL BASED CLEANER *

SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Set your heat press to 400 degrees. Time: 45-60 seconds. .
- Place sheets of butcher paper or copy paper on the bottom platen to prevent bleed through .
- Position your transfer face down against the blank and use heat tape or sublimation adhesive to secure (this will prevent ghosting of the image on the blank)
- cover the item with butcher paper or copy paper to prevent bleed through to your top platen
- Press for the suggested time at a medium pressure
- Remove the item immediately from heat press  and remove transfer from blank (use heat gloves - it will be hot)
- Let cool then you can compete the earrings or item you are making
- you may want to cool with a weight or heavy item on it to prevent warping
