Sublimation Lightening Bolt Shaped Earring Blank

This is a sublimation coated MDF hardboard lightning shaped blank. It is sold as a set of 5 so you will get 10 items total. It is perfect for a variety of applications, from crafting to display purposes. Made from high-quality materials, it is durable and long-lasting. With its smooth surface and clean edges, it offers a professional look that is perfect for fashion earrings. Designed for sublimation earrings.

DETAILS:
- Cut from 1/8" glossy sublimation coated MDF hardboard (3mm)
- Available with/without holes (3mm)
- Front will arrive with clear plastic masking to protect it from dirt and scratches. REMOVE masking before use.
- the edges of the masking may look charred, but the blank will be fine once the mask is removed
- all items are cut to order in house
- clean with soft cloth to prevent scratches
- *DO NOT USE HARSH CLEANER that could scratch the coated surface *
- Jewelry hardware NOT included (you can find these in any crafts outlet or online
- blanks will have some soot (ON THE PLASTIC PROTECTIVE COATING ONLY) from the laser cutting that will disappear when the plastic coating is removed.

SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Set your heat press to 400 degrees. Time: 45-60 seconds. .
- Place sheets of butcher paper or copy paper on the bottom platen to prevent bleed through .
- Position your transfer face down against the blank and use heat tape or sublimation adhesive to secure (this will prevent ghosting of the image on the blank)
- cover the item with butcher paper or copy paper to prevent bleed through to your top platen
- Press for the suggested time at a medium pressure
- Remove the item immediately from heat press and remove transfer from blank (use heat gloves - it will be hot)
- Let cool then you can compete the earrings or item you are making
- you may want to cool with a weight or heavy item on it to prevent warping
